Penny Cula-Reid

Position: VFLW Coach
Office Number: 93910309

Penny was announced as the Club's women's coach at the end of 2019 after leading Collingwood to the 2019 VFLW premiership. Penny also steered the Magpies to a 2018 preliminary final - a year in which she was recognised by AFL Victoria as the VFLW coach of the year.

Penny's success as a coach stems from an extensive football career. She played over 300 games for the St Kilda Sharks across 13 seasons, was captain in 2016-17, a Victorian representative on seven occasions and eventually drafted by Collingwood for the inaugural 2017 AFLW season.
