Williamstown announce their final member count.
Williamstown is excited to announce that we have reached the significant milestone of 1,400 members for season 2021.
The support of all members does not go unnoticed as they all hold a special place in the club. Having members and community support allows us to continue to be successful and compete on field as well as providing a great environment for all to attend.
Williamstown CEO, Jason Reddick understands the circumstances that Williamstown supporters have endured, and the potential frustrations that may have arose from not being able to attend the football last year and the rollercoaster season of 2021.
"Thank you to all our supporters and partners for rejoining our club this year. 1,400 members is an outstanding result in a tough, uncertain season" he said.
In the past 24 months everyone has realised the luxury of being able to attend the footy, not just in Williamstown but the greater Melbourne region aswell.
It was great to see the attendance of our first home game on our newly resurfaced Downer Oval against Port Melbourne in round three, with a full house that created a mesmerising visual of a sea of blue and gold.
So a huge thank you to all our members of all ages, Williamstown Football Club is a better and stronger place with you on board.
