Justin was announced as a full time Senior Coach of the club at the end of 2020. He played 44 AFL matches over 4 seasons with Richmond and St.Kilda and the since gone onto to be an established coach within the AFL and it's pathways. His journey saw him captain-coach Burnie Dockers (TSL) in 2008-09, VFL Assistant Roles with Box Hill 2010 and Williamstown 2011 before landing the Head Coaching role at Sandringham Dragons from 2012 to 2014.
He then joined Melbourne, coaching their VFL aligned side Casey Demons from 2015 to 2017 and then as an AFL Assistant from 2018 to 2020 in various roles. He also coached the VFL State Team in 2017 against the WAFL.
