Director nomination applications are now open

 

 In accordance with Clause 12.5 of the Williamstown Football Club Constitution, the Secretary advises that Director nomination applications are now open until 5pm, Friday 17th November 2023.

(a) Any person seeking election to the Board of Directors must adhere to the following procedure:

:info: the nominee candidate must obtain the Nomination Form applicable to the Board election from the Secretary; and

(ii) the Nomination Form must be signed by 3 proposing Members.

(b) The nominee candidate must sign the Nomination Form and certify that he or she complies with the Director Eligibility Criteria.

(c) The Nomination Form must be received, together with any ancillary documents prescribed by the Nomination Form, by the Secretary (or as otherwise prescribed by the Nomination Form) by 5:00 pm on the day (17/11/2023) that is at least 35 days prior to the date set for the annual general meeting in the relevant year.

(d) Failure to lodge a correctly completed Nomination Form in the time prescribed will render the nomination null and void.

Nomination Forms can be received in person at 1 Mason Street, Newport, Victoria, 3015 by no later than 5pm on Friday 17th November 2023. Alternatively, Nomination forms can be submitted via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.for forwarding on to the Club Secretary.
