Williamstown Christmas Night Market

Williamstown Football Club supported the Williamstown Christmas Night Market since 2016 by providing fun and entertainment with a handball target, player appearance and merchandise stall. The club gave away prizes to kids who took part in the handball challenge, as well as bringing more exposure to the event by promoting online.

 

Williamstown Literary Festival

Williamstown Football Club sponsored Martin Flanagan's book 'A Wink from the Universe' at the event in a way to help promote the event. 

ANZAC Day Dawn Service

The two playing groups, coaches and staff head to the service to pay our respects to the ANZACS for the last 3 years in Williamstown. Williamstown Football Club recognises and supports our service men and women from the Hobsons Bay community and support its RSL clubs in the area. We also invited the RSL clubs to join us at an ANZAC themed president's luncheon this year as apart of our ANZAC game.

 

Williamstown Swimming & Life-Saving Club

Williamstown Football Club are proud supporters of the Williamstown Swimming & Life-Saving Club, being a part of their annual Williamstown Open Water Challenge, where the club has a marquee complete with entertainment that participants and onlookers can take part in throughout the event. The club also provides auction items for WSLSC to fundraise during the year.

Hobsons Bay Community Fund

In 2018 Williamstown Football Club hosted the third annual Hobsons Bay Community Fund event at Seaview Williamstown. Williamstown Football Club is currently working with Melbourne University on a Hobsons Bay Community Funded project to drive inclusion of disabled people into sporting clubs
