Marcon says its an absolute honour to lead the club.

"I'm still pinching myself even though it's been announced for a few days now." Marcon said.

"It's an honour and privilege for me to lead this club, being one of the oldest in Australia, I can't wait to get started."

Marcon says he'll look to lead by example and will look to keep learning as the year goes on.

"Hopefully I can set a good example for the players and just give advice and feedback but also continue to learn about my own game and how I can help the rest of the playing group."

Adam takes over the Captaincy from Ben Jolley and says he'll look to him for support in the new role.

"I'll definitely chew Ben's ear off, he's been such a fantastic leader for such a long period of time and we are so lucky to have him around the playing group."

What is Adam looking to achieve himself this season?

"I'm just looking to play my role in anyway possible so we can have team success, we didn't finish the way we wanted last season and we are hungry to redeem ourselves this season."
