The Williamstown Football Club are excited to announce the mid-season signing of Tyson Young.

Young currently plays with Airport West and is the reigning Hutchison Medallist which is awarded to the EDFL Division 1 Best and Fairest winner.

The 20-year-old is a skilful utility who has kicked 42 goals to date in just ten games this season. In his outstanding season last year, Young kicked 44 goals and came runner-up in the club’s best and fairest after moving down forward as Airport West made their run to the finals.

Tyson will be eligible as a 23rd player for the remainder of this season and will wear number 52 for the Seagulls as he replaces Jayden Ranno on our list.
